Relax! Enjoy your holiday! You no longer have to worry about leaving your loved (and expensive) home empty and unsecured. You have the convenience of not having to remove all your belongings to rent out your house. If you need to come back earlier or later you have the flexibility that you would not have from a rental lease. All the things you do around the house are taken care of. Pets are cared for, fed, walked and groomed. The lawns and garden are maintained and the pool is kept clean. All at no cost to you. All we ask, is that when you have found someone you let us know. What is the cost of this service? Nil, nothing, zip, zilch!!! This service is free and comes without hidden cost. How does the service work? The homeowner calls or emails Happy House Sitters with their name, contact details, and dates they require a house sitter. Happy House Sitters will then send you a list of potential sitters who wish to sit in your area. It will contain name(s), contact details, occupation, a brief character resume, when they are available to sit and whether they can supply references (whilst most people are genuine, we suggest that you ask for references). With this information you can decide whom to contact and offer the best person(s) temporary care of you home, pets, and garden whilst you are away. In return for the house sitter's services the home owner allows the sitter to live in their house, whilst caring for it, rent free. (see F.A.Q's for answers to more questions.)
